6Nov08 Windows 3.1x retired, Nov 1st, 2008.

I remember installing Windows 3.1 on my Packard Bell 386, 16mhz, which the parents got at the now defunk Price Savers Wholesale Club.  It was the operating system to have… with computers running Quad-Cores, 3.23Ghz, Windows 3.1 had very meager requirements.
What were they? How about 286 processor with clock speed of 10MHz, 10MB of hard [...]
