There are few books that really get to me, that change my perspective on things, and I want to share with you one that has made a difference in my life.
Book: The Last Lecture
I don’t know how much you look back and review your past, but it’s safe to say that reading this book, just makes you think of what dreams you had when you were younger, when you could think big. Astronaut, working at Disney, or the storybook love story, reading his words have a profound impact on what are the limitless boundaries which we sometimes don’t see.
Working at The Eleven Agency is a dream, they allow me to do what I only wished I could have done, when I was still in college, and they pay me. Doing so, has allowed me to think of ways to balance my work life with that of my dreams and desires. I see more clearly and perhaps has given me encouragement to not delay and live a little.
What are my dreams? Here are a few of mine at the moment… but what are yours?
- Visit Antarctica
- Photography with National Geographic
- Be in Zero Gravity
- Make the Newspaper (Accomplished)
- Build a House
- Start a Company (Accomplished)
